This is an instruction manual of sorts to help people in today’s hectic world to address physical, emotional, and social problems that gnaw away at them.  It provides some very concrete suggestions on diet, exercise, and stress reduction. 

Healing and The Mind by Bill Moyers  ISBN: 0385476876
More educational than instructional, this book interviews a variety of health care practitioners who can point to their work as highlighting big connections between the mind and body.  This is a good book for anyone who is as yet unconvinced about the connection between how we think and feel and how healthy we are physically.
